I strive to make unique, beautiful custom tumblers. You get to design your cup starting with the size, color, decals, names, and the colors of glitter. Nothing I make is mass produced so each individual tumbler is unique.
I use high quality materials. I strive to make the tumblers perfect to the best of my ability, I take pride in my work. Pictures do not do them justice. My tumblers are stainless steel, double walled, vacuum sealed. They keep your drinks cold or hot for up to 12 + hours. The entire tumbler is sealed with multiple coast of FDA compliant epoxy. Every cup has a beautiful smooth, glossy waterproof finish.
Please handle the tumblers with care! They can crack or chip if dropped. Hand wash only, as They are not dishwasher safe. Do not leave them in a hot vehicle or direct sunlight.
How to place an order
All orders must be paid in full before I can start making them. You can email me with a custom request at rockingturquoise@yahoo.com, or you can send a message to my Facebook page. Once the order is placed and the invoice is paid, I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
Turnaround Time
Because all of my tumblers are handmade, my turnaround time is usually between 2-3 weeks. This time can increase or decrease depending on how many orders I have and how detailed each tumbler will be. I will not sacrifice quality to rush an order. I have very high standards and will not lower them to get an order done and out the door. Please let me know if you are needing the order for a special event such as a birthday And the date of the event.
SHIPPING
I will ship priority flat rate or priority regional rate and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Shipping fees will be shown on your invoice. Shipping fees do vary depending on your address. Regional rate shipping is often cheaper than flat rate, and can be shipped in better packaging.
Please understand that shipping time frames are out of my control. I can guarantee I will ship by a certain date, but can only estimate the arrival time. packages do occasionally get delayed
SHIPMENT DAMAGES
If an item gets damaged during the shipping process, I am happy to make a new tumbler for you with proof of damage provided to me within 24 hours of delivery date. Photos of the box, shipping supplies, and damaged item are to be sent to me via email. I use these photos to file a claim with USPS. I will handle the claim and make you a new cup. If you do not contact me and provide proof of the damaged item within 24 hours after receiving the item, I will not Replace the tumbler for you.

DISCLAIMER
All tumblers are handmade by me, therefore they may have some imperfections within them. They may not be 100% perfect, but I strive to get them as close to perfect as I can. Tumbler thickness will depend on your design. Glitter Tumblers require more epoxy than non glitter tumblers. Chunky glitter requires even more epoxy. Not all tumblers will fit into cup holders because of that. I try my best to keep glitter out of non glitter tumblers, but glitter Has a mind of its own and occasionally lands on a non glitter tumbler. Small specks of dust occasionally land in the epoxy as well, but I do my best to prevent this from happening.
I do not allow orders to be changed once I start on them due to the long process.
